Mate of mine has a Punto GT 1.4 turbo which he has been running 25bhp of nitrous on quite happily (WON kit). He has now fitted a bigger turbo, uprated fuel pump, uprated fuel pressure regulator & FMIC. He is wanting to know if it would be safe to run 50bhp. I believe it is running 20psi.

What sort of HP is he pushing out ?
(20 psi doesn't actually mean it's making power)
Need a bit more information to really make an educated guess.

As an estimate it is running around 180bhp

If he is safe from Det on the timing side of things i cant see it having a problem at 50bhp if properly setup.
